Institute of Technology and Management (ITM), Gurgaon was established in 1996. The Institute focuses on providing technical and management education by Educate India Society, registered under the Registration Act of 1860 companies. The teaching in this institute is to international standards by the payment of academic knowledge.
The Institute has strategic alliances with many international universities such as Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, the University of Warwick, United Kingdom, and the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. There are six divisions of the institute that many management, undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Department of Computer Engineering and Information Technology
This department offers graduate programs and in the field of IT. These include
Undergraduate Programs: The department offers four years Bachelor of Technology degree in computer science and engineering and information technology. The programs are designed for the latest teaching of computer science with emphasis on practical knowledge. There are 120 seats for Computer Science & Engineering and 60 in information technology.
Post Graduate Programs: The Department has two years Master of Technology PG level courses in computer engineering and software engineering. These courses are more focused on research and development. There are 18 places in the courses.
Department of ECE and EI
The department offers several programs for undergraduate and postgraduate levels. These include
Undergraduate Programs: The department offers four years Bachelor of Engineering Information and Communication and Electronics and Instrumentation.
Post Graduate Programs: The department offers a two-year Master of Engineering degree in Electronics Communication sand.
The laboratories of these two programs are equipped with modern facilities such as T-Spice, S-Edit, L-Edit, and Advanced Micro Processors. Department also have analogue and digital communication and instrumental Lab Lab.
Department of Applied Science and Humanities
This service offers a Bachelor of Engineering degree in applied sciences and humanities. In the BE program, students study different subjects each year. Different themes in first year BE, biotechnology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, communication skills and the environment. In the second year, students should study mathematics and economics. Third year, math and students in the fourth year of study skills of engineers, human resource management, business communication, entrepreneurship, nanotechnology and laser technology and control of pollution. This program is affiliated to Maharishi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak.
There are three well-equipped laboratories for physics, numerical analysis, and chemistry. The instruments used in laboratories in the state of the art and still in good condition.
Department of Mechanical Engineering and Automotive
The department offers several graduate programs and
Undergraduate Programs: The Department has four years bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and automotive engineering. This program highlights not only the theoretical but also practical knowledge to students.
Post Academic Programs: The Ministry has a period of two years or master's degree in engineering. There are 18 places available per year in this program. This program is in high demand, as many national and international automobile manufacturers are building their factories in India.
