K. J. Somaiya College of Engineering Overview

KJ Somaiya College of Engineering, abbreviated KJSCE, was founded in 1983 Somaiya Vidyavihar. It has the services of electronic engineering and information engineering, computer engineering, information technology and mechanical engineering. KJSCE is affiliated with the University of Mumbai. Symphony
Symphony, the inter-collegiate cultural festival KJSCE, adopted its name and popularity among engineering and management institutes of the University of Mumbai, the last decade. Each year many students from different institutes to participate in the program. The main objective is to promote, encourage and show the talents of students on a common platform and create interest in classical, vocal and instrumental music.
The event began in 1991 as a small festival in the campus and is now one which is supported by a strong organization and fun. There are no fewer than 5,000 students a year to the symphony. The organizers of the past have hosted artists from the size of the Pt Hari Prasad Chaurasia, Pt Shiv Kumar Sharma, Louis Banks, Hariharan, Indus Creed, parikrama, KK, Bombay Vikings, Taufiq Quereshi, Dagar, euphoria, etc. L event also has a social contact to promote a message at a time as AIDS awareness, etc. There are also Auto Shows and a military display at the Symphony.
